Ive always been a positive person, and here lately life has just thrown me one too many curveballs. Seems every turn is another letdown or dead end. I need someone to help me find assistance with a few things.
To tell you a little about me, Im a single mother of 2,just lost my job at the end of july, I have a XBoyfriend that refuses to let me go.I ended up getting a CPO(which was completly worthless) I used my savings to move out of state thinking that would make him stop, he showed up within days,so I took my boys and ran in the middle of the night,broke and scared. It is very difficult to get a new apt with all the upfront cost. I do get my unemloyment check but of course its nowhere near enough to get on my feet. We're staying with a friend of mine who was kind enough to let us stay and look for a place but is also a single parent with 3 kids so I need to find a place ASAP.
Im looking for any place that helps with rent and deposit and/or lowered rent for parents truly trying and struggling. JFS say i make to much on unemployment, so no cash asst,no medical for me, and a verl low FS amount(grateful dont get me wrong) and they cant help with rent/deosit or housing in general.
I also need help with going back to school,finding a school,apply for grants etc...
I know there are resources out there that can and will help so I get online and try to find info and GOSH is it aggravating.... GRR...
Every page I click on one it sends me to another page and another and another and I get so angry.
So this was a site I stubbled on and I thought it was worth a shot.
I hope I did this right and hope someone can help. Thanks in advance

With so many jobs laying off and closing their doors, I was thinking about working from home, using my computer.  One problem that I have found though, is that almost all of the ones I have looked into, are charging anywhere from $199-$250 just to send you the "required" paperwork and materials.  I don't want to invest money in such obvious scams.  Does anyone know of any legitimate home based businesses that I could start making money with?  I really need to get my rent and utilities caught up.  Please let me know.

Hello everyone. My name is Sal i live in brooklyn NY 31years old, a,married and i have a 7 year old daughter. I was diagnosed with MS 11 months ago and so far it has been really tough on me and my family.I was taking avenex once a week and now i just started rebiff 3 times a week. Also i just finished my five day steroid treatment which actually went pretty good. I wanted to know is there any help out there financially. I don't know how my family could live without me working. I know eventually there would be ss disability bit that is a quarter of what i was making. i am in need of donations and any info you can give me i owe $10,000 for 2 surgeries

i had in 2007 i had a Conoloscopy and also major surgery too

and now since that pelvic surgery this has all happened to me all weeks after this surgery never had any of this before

1 a blood clot ,, but he said it was ok and that there maybe scar tissue grown around it

2 then theres fluid in my pelvic area ,he said it was getting smaller

3 then really bad pains in my left leg nothing said

4 then still having pelvic pain

5 then something wrong with my back , feels like i am being shocked  he says its probally a Pinched Scaltic Nerve

6 next and last visit he says my Urinary Bladder is imflamed so he gave me a prescrption to take these pills called pyridium for 5 days then call back so i called a week before he even bothered to have his assistant to call me back

he says to go see my regular doctor and have her to refer me to a Urologist and call him if i have any more female problems well i am still having pelvic pain and my doctor asked me if the GYN doctor told me that my back and knee and leg pain was from the pelvic surgery but as i told her he never said and that was that

so i guess when i didnt get any kind of medical card or help he didnt want anything else to do with me but i told him all this before i even went to him so please anybody help me please thanks Slong400

We are a low income family of four we have two boys age two and eight when my husband lost his job a couple of months back we ended up getting behind on the bills thankfully my husband did find another job and is working again unfortantly we have not been able to get all the bills caught back up the gas company was unwilling to work with us on payment arrangements since are bill is hight from trying to stay warm in hte winter months they wanted a total of $390.36 to keep are gas on adn like I said before since we are a low income family there's is no way that we could give them that much money in one payment that would only leave us about $100.00 out of my husbands check and with gas prices so high it takes $60.00 a week just for my husband to get back and forth to work so needless to say that ONG did come and turn off are gas on the 9th. I have tried to get help through serveral non-profit agancies but either I have already gotten help from them within the last 12 months or they can't help due to funding I have also tried to get help through modestneeds.org however our family does not make enough money for them to help us if that makes any sense anyways I am here looking for any help or information anyone can provide Thanks so much
